Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently deliver across Lebanon.

 

Delivery time
Standard delivery orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Express delivery orders arrive in 1-2 business days.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, followed by a dispatch update once your parcel is on its way.

 

Shipping fees

• Standard delivery: 4.00 USD
• Express delivery: 6.00 USD

 

Address changes
If you need to update your address, contact us before dispatch at info@maisonocturne.com . 

 

Delivery attempts
If the courier can’t reach you, they’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery time. After multiple attempts, the parcel may return to us; re-delivery may require an additional fee.

 

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@maisonocturne.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
